These terms cover your use of Orbit by MyRecoverySteps ("Orbit", myrecoverysteps.com), operated by Tyler Welch. By logging in you agree to them.

1. Invite-only, personal use

Orbit is available only to people invited by the operator. Keep your login private. Don't share your account or try to access anyone else's data.

2. Not medical advice

Orbit is a tracking and coaching tool. Scores, insights and coach messages are informational only. They are not a diagnosis, treatment or medical advice, and they are not a substitute for your doctor or physical therapist. Follow your care team's instructions, stop activity that causes pain or concerning symptoms, and seek urgent care for emergencies. If anything on Orbit conflicts with your clinician's advice, follow your clinician.

3. AI-written content

Daily notes are written by an AI coach and can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything that matters against your own judgment and your clinician.

4. Your data

You keep ownership of your data. How it is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Garmin and delete your data at any time.

5. Garmin

Garmin and Garmin Connect are trademarks of Garmin Ltd. or its subsidiaries. Orbit is independent and not endorsed by Garmin. Use of Garmin data is also subject to Garmin's own terms.

6. Availability and changes

Orbit is provided as is, without warranties, and may change, pause or end at any time. To the extent the law allows, Orbit is not liable for losses from using it.
